We welcome country singer Deanna Mitchell to our show. Deanna Mitchell spent her life prepping to become a major country artist... but, she didn't know it until she took the stage with a band called Due West*. Born in Connecticut and raised in Missouri, Dee got her calling to country as a young girl… courtesy of her parents’ vinyl collection. Thanks to many nights of seeing Robert and Florence “cuttin’ the rug” to a CCR country groove… Dee caught the bug. After finishing school, she left home and led a gypsy’s life for more than a decade. From St. Louis to Calgary, Canada -- from Maine to Miami, Deanna sang -and lived - it all. Years of belting out the standards in ballrooms and rocking backwoods roadhouses helped to cultivate her incredible vocals. She had found her true talent but, lost her way in life.

We welcome Maggie Penn to our show. Not many promoters are country singers, and not many country singers are promoters with one exception..."Maggie"!!! Margaret (Maggie) Penn was born and raised in E. St. Louis, Illinois. She grew up on Traditional Country music. Her dad would sit at the kitchen table ,with the radio tuned in to Skeets Yaney, Roy Queen, Johnny Rion. To make ends meet in those days Maggie's parents played the honky tonks. Her dad played the accordian and her mother sang. But Maggie didn't know this till way into the 70's. Her earliest influences were Kitty Wells, Hank Snow, Hank Williams, Webb Pierce. Ray Price, Wanda Jackson, Jean Shepard....etc....etc. In the 70's Maggie started writing songs, from trying to get her songs recorded...she ran across a young woman that was a dynamite singer. Tune in to find out how Maggie went from promotions to a singer.

We welcome power pop quartet The Smith Bros. to our show. Smith Bros is a power pop quartet that formed under the bond that Pat Dollenmayer and Mike Clark had over the love of A.M. pop radio. Hearing anything from The Partridge Family to The Raspberries on A.M. radio fueled a love for power pop and hook laden songs that drove Mike and Pat to form a band to play in that style. Smith Bros is now influenced by many power pop bands that are out today as well as the power pop groups that played in the 70's and 80's. Mike plays bass and sings, Pat plays guitar and sings, and they are rounded out with Kris Phillips on drums and Brian Pack on guitar. They write original music that is compared to anything that is Brit Rock to Teenage Fanclub and Fountains of Wayne. Smith Bros has released an independent CD titled "Lost".

County Line Junction’s music pushes the envelope of traditional thought by combining tight Americana harmonies with a contemporary pop sound. Soulfulness prevails in lead singer, Alisha Sheely’s vocal delivery and songwriting for County Line Junction. Specializing in lead vocals, backing vocals and rhythm acoustic guitar, Alisha has played venues across the region. The artist/stage name "the Savage Sun" came to me after experiencing a lucid and intensely frightening nightmare, which ironically coincided with a drastic turning point in my writing and style as an artist. This name was also fitting, considering my native roots.

Joe has been compared to guitarists like Warren Haynes, Larry McCray and Walter Trout. Although his influences range from Duane Allman and Jeff Beck to Roy Buchanan, Joe is becoming known worldwide for his slide guitar work. He uses his slide work to create tone-filled licks that glide and soar over the music. Joe is also heavily inside the groove with really funky rhythmic improvisations.

He began performing classic country music locally in the 1990’s as a weekend hobby. He paid Tribute to a Legend by performing as a Hank Williams Jr. impersonator in 2006. In March 2006 he auditioned for ABC TV’s “The Next Best Thing” in Orlando, FL and landed an appearance on National TV and he also appeared on Florida’s WFTV 9 local news. I have always had a great passion for music. Melissa Danelle believes that any emotion can be expressed through the words of a song or felt through the beat of the music. When I sing I sing from my heart and soul and feel every inch of the song. I am taken away from all of the worries and frustrations of this life.
